"Pirkka" chair, designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara. This chair is one of the first editions and manufactured by Laukaan Puu, Finland. Later this chair was produced by Asko and then by Artek.
The chair is marked on the bottom (see photo).
Condition:
The chair is in a vintage condition. The seat and backrest are sanded and the chair has traces of use. The chair is sturdy.
